Roland/Boss GT5 – Final OS Revision: Version 1.07
This is firmware update 1.07 and is the latest official released operation system by Roland. This operation system update/upgrade requires one eprom chip as revealed in the eBay article`s photos and the chips will be labeled to help you locate the correct chip socket. For more info, please check below.
You can check current OS version by holding [PEDAL ASSIGN] and [NAME] while powering the device.

Note:

- The Boss/Roland GT-5 on the picture is not for sale 🙂
- Boss GT-5 units running pre-1.02 firmware are incompatible with the 1.07 upgrade. Boss required hardware modifications to be made to the unit to run any firmware beyond 1.02
