Roland Juno-106 upgrade for CPU and Module – Final/Latest version

This firmware is the latest released firmware by Roland for Juno-106. This operation system requires two eprom chips as revealed in the article`s photos and the chips will be labeled to help you locate the correct chip socket. For more info, please check below.

Early versions of the Juno 106 boards used a D7810G CPU in combination with a ROM chip with the operating system. Later Junos had a MASK ROM CPU, with the software programmed internally. These MASK ROMs are no longer available, but they can be replaced with the first CPU, in combination with one of the following Eproms, each of which contains the last OS software:
A5 – for the CPU Board (IC2)
B2 – Module Board (IC37)
